Our Financial Planning partner is seeking individuals who are motivated and committed to long-term career growth in financial advisory industry. Successful candidates will be guided through a structured development pathway to strengthen advisory capabilities, build a sustainable client base, and progressively expand into the high-net-worth and business markets, subject to performance and regulatory requirements, supported by experienced mentorship, advanced technology, and a proven advisory platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional financial planning and advisory services to individual and business clients
• Build and manage long-term client relationships through personalised solutions
• Leverage digital tools and marketing support to generate and nurture leads
• Continuously upgrade product knowledge and advisory competencies

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of GCE A-Level, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline
• Due to regulatory and licensing requirements, applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents

Remuneration & Benefits

• Monthly Allowance of up to $6,000 plus commission, incentives and bonuses* Commission, incentive and/or bonuses are subject to your performance
