Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Create and maintain project documentation, records, and reporting systems.
Ensure adherence to project management methods, standards, and processes.
Assist and guide team members on project procedures, documentation, and reporting requirements.
Track risk and issue logs and monitor change control data.
Develop and maintain effective project communication systems.
Organize and set up project meetings.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
Track project progress and incorporate team feedback.
Supervise team members to ensure project guidelines and deadlines are met.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in a relevant field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with China HQ.
