Responsible for the overall project planning and execution.

• Experience to co-ordinate and support in handling the progress architectual and general construction retail works
• Work closely and manage own workers, subcontractors and external stakeholders ensure workmanship are met in accordance to statutory and client requirements
• Administer all site works, management of delivery and progress of project to ensure quality of work and safety regulations are complied with.
• Generate reports and site supervision locally and overseas
• Organize, manage and maintain proper documentations

Job Requirements

• Able to read simple drawings, furniture detailing, construction drawings.
• PC literate – proficient in MS office. AutoCAD training will be provided.
• BCSS cert and other construction safety cert is pefer
• Able to communicated in Chinese/ English
• Ad-hoc travel able.
