• Work closely with the project team to produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for Architectural, Structural, and MEP works.
• Maintain and update a complete and accurate set of project drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure compliance with project standards, protocols, and execution plans.
• Manage the development, integration, and maintenance of 3D BIM models.
• Perform clash detection and collaborate with project teams to resolve design and construction conflicts.
• Facilitate coordination among architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders using BIM tools.
• Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings to address design and construction issues.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of BIM models and associated data.
• Conduct regular BIM model audits and implement corrective actions as required.
• Prepare and submit BIM progress reports to Project Managers and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in BIM software including AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator preferable.
