Key Duties

• Manage project documentation, submissions, and document control processes
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and site staff
• Liaise with external stakeholders and government authorities (e.g., NEA, BCA, LTA)
• Support Project Manager with scheduling, reporting, and meeting coordination
• Prepare and maintain monthly worker reports and staff welfare records
• Raise, track, and follow up on purchase requisitions with operations team
• Handle public feedback and assist with authority submissions
• Maintain proper filing systems and ensure compliance with project procedures

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of Construction Administration or Site-Based experience
• Experience in construction industry documentation and authority submissions preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving project environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible to work islandwide
