Job Description

Job Summary
Support project management and after-sales teams by maintaining accurate project records, coordinating deliveries, managing after-sales service requests, and assisting with procurement and order processing tasks.
Responsibilities
1) Project Support
- Update and maintain the Project Log weekly to ensure accurate tracking of project progress
- Enter assign Project Manager details, update delivery & completion date into internal systems (Pronto) to keep records current
- Prepare and update project handover documentation, including Delivery Dockets, to support smooth project transitions and inform warehouse on good release/delivery.
- Coordinate delivery arrangements for small projects, such as loose furniture and chairs, to meet project timelines
2) After-Sales Service
- Receive and log after-sales service requests via WhatsApp, phone calls, or email using company communication channels.
- Document and track all replacement records to maintain accurate after-sales service history
- Provide administrative support to after-sales service team to facilitate timely resolution of service requests
3) Procurement and Order processing
- Assist with procurement-related administrative tasks to support purchasing activities
- Support full-set order processing procedures by learning and assisting in order management tasks
- Prepare and send relevant documentation to the Operations & Maintenance Manager as required
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager to support project and team needs
Requirements:
• Minimum O Level education in relation to exhibitions or construction management.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience preferably in interior construction or corporate setting.
