Job Description
Admin & HR As (Full time / Part Time / Flexi Hours)
π Location: Serangoon North
π
Working Hours: MonβFri, 10.30am - 3.30pm
π° Salary: $14 -19/hr
Requirements:
β Diploma/ Nitec in Business Admin, HR or related field
β 1+ year HR/Admin experience
β Basic knowledge of HR Practices
β Familiarity with HR/ Accounting software (Xero) will be at advantage
Key Responsibilities
π§βπΌ Construction HR & Compliance (Core Function)
Manage Work Permit / S Pass applications, renewals and cancellations via MOM portal
Ensure compliance with MOM, BCA, WSH and foreign manpower regulations
Coordinate workersβ mandatory training (CSOC, SEC(K), CoreTrade, Work-at-Height, etc.)
Maintain site deployment records and manpower allocation planning
Handle payroll preparation including overtime and site allowances
Monitor quota, levy and renewal timelines
π Project & Contract Administration
Prepare and submit project documentation (Method Statements, RA, SWP, insurance, checklists)
Coordinate documentation submissions to Main Contractors / MCST / Consultants
Support tender documentation (GeBIZ / BCA / public sector portals)
Track project progress claims and variation orders
Maintain organized project filing system (hardcopy & digital)
π Client & Operations Coordination
Coordinate site inspection appointments
Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
Track sales enquiries and maintain CRM records
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
π― Requirements (Important for S Pass Positioning)
Minimum 3β5 years relevant experience in Construction HR / Project Administration
Strong knowledge of MOM Work Permit & S Pass regulations
Familiar with BCA construction compliance requirements
Experience handling foreign worker matters in construction sector
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including payroll tracking)
Able to work independently in SME construction environment
Diploma / Degree in Business, HR, Construction Management or related field
π° Salary Range
SGD $3,300 β $4,800 per month (commensurate with experience)
