Job Description
Job Summary
The officer will support the Programme Experience and Operations (PXO) team in delivering high-quality training programmes and events by providing administrative, operational, and logistical assistance to ensure smooth programme execution.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support for learning interventions, seminars, conferences, and study visits to ensure seamless event delivery
- Create and maintain accurate course records and prepare publicity materials to promote programmes effectively
- Register participants and coordinate travel arrangements to facilitate smooth attendance and participation
- Track attendance and administer course evaluations to measure programme effectiveness and learner satisfaction
- Manage procurement processes and monitor expenditures to ensure budget compliance
- Support timely billing and payment processes to maintain financial accuracy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet programme KPIs such as LAE scores and learner targets
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to client service standards to ensure quality and compliance
- Use Microsoft Office applications proficiently to prepare reports and manage data
- Operate virtual platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams, and digital engagement tools like Pigeonhole, Kahoot!, and Mentimeter to support online and hybrid events

- Effective interpersonal and customer service skills to support team collaboration and client interactions

- Positive attitude, integrity, and commitment to delivering quality work
- Ability to work well as a team player under pressure

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
