Role Overview:
Support the rollout of a new Digital Application Track under the International Trading Programme (ITP), focusing on programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

📚 Programme Coordination

• Coordinate course rollout and scheduling
• Liaise with lecturers, faculty, and industry partners
• Prepare course materials and documentation
• Support curriculum workshops and discussions

🌐 Website & Content Updates

• Update programme information on website
• Ensure consistency across platforms
• Assist with content for student outreach

📣 Outreach & Publicity

• Prepare slides, brochures, EDMs
• Support marketing and engagement initiatives

🤝 Stakeholder Engagement

• Coordinate meetings with industry partners
• Support materials for discussions and sessions

🗂 Admin Support

• Assist with programme operations and events
• Provide ad-hoc support where required
