Job Responsibilities:

• Process settlements for equities and related financial products

• Verify and reconcile trade records against confirmations and supporting documents

• Investigate and resolve unmatched trades and settlement discrepancies

• Liaise with clients, brokers, banks, and counterparties to address settlement matters

• Ensure trade validation, settlement processing, reconciliation, and control checks are completed accurately and on time

• Monitor settlement activities and follow up on outstanding issues

• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance operational workflow

• Perform other operational duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in trade operations, settlements, or financial services environment preferred

• Good communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders
