Job Overview
The Programme Executive supports the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of community preparedness and resilience initiatives. The role focuses on stakeholder coordination, programme management, training support, and operational administration to support engagement and capability-building efforts.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of preparedness and resilience programmes
• Build and maintain partnerships with community stakeholders, public sector agencies, service providers, and programme partners
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, engagement activities, and capability development programmes
• Manage programme operations, logistics, schedules, registrations, and administrative processes
• Support stakeholder communications, publicity efforts, and programme outreach activities
• Maintain programme databases, records, statistics, feedback collection, and reporting documentation
• Monitor programme performance and support reporting and process improvement efforts
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and engagement sessions to support programme delivery
• Support operational planning and implementation for engagement and preparedness initiatives
• Support other duties and projects assigned by management
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Emergency Management, or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, community engagement, or related functions
• Experience working with community groups, non-profit organisations, public sector agencies, or training coordination will be advantageous
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders professionally
• Willing to support evening, weekend, or after-office-hours engagements and activities when required
• Positive attitude, proactive, and detail-oriented
