Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours
Salary: up to $3160 per month

1 year contract

Job Scope:

• Assist in projects, provide support with recruitment and training.
• Maintain volunteer databases, monitor activities, and provide ongoing administrative and logistical support
• Assist with needs assessments and mapping activities (designing engagements, analysing findings) to scope for programmes
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining partner contact lists
• Support programme implementation monitoring by collecting data, updating records, and assisting with basic evaluation activities
• Assist in planning and coordinating programmes and stakeholder engagement events, including logistics coordination, material preparation, and event execution support

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Sciences, Business, or other relevant fields
• Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience
• Strong written and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Project management skills and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• A team player who is also able to work independently under pressure 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
