Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Strategy: Define program scope, objectives, and detailed execution plans. Conduct needs assessments and develop accurate budget forecasts and performance metrics.
• Execution & Financial Oversight: Monitor project milestones to ensure all obligations are met. Manage budgets, implement corrective actions for variances, and pursue contract variations when necessary.
• Risk & Resource Management: Identify potential risks and execute mitigation plans with stakeholders. Coordinate the procurement of internal and external resources to meet program demands.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Relations: Serve as the primary interface for internal teams and senior stakeholders. Lead complex negotiations and manage challenging vendor relationships.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements and program audits. Provide expert input on proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and cost estimations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Sciences
• Minimum 7 years of proven program management experience in a similar leadership role in a multi-discipline product development environment.
• Experience in Semiconductor Test would be a plus.
• PMI project management certification (PMP) will be an advantage.
• Strong risk management & problem solving disciplines.
• Ability to organize and keep teams focus on critical objectives.
• Demonstrate strong influencing, conflict resolution and negotiating skills.
• Demonstrate ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with all project stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
