Summary:

• Gross salary up to $3k

• Working Location: Joo Koon (West)

• Monthly Rotation - Day & Night Shift: 0720 hrs – 1930 hrs / 1920 hrs to 0730hrs (4-3-3-4 work pattern)

• Shift Allowance + Transport Allowance + Medical Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus
  

The Role:

• Oversee daily production to maintain efficiency, quality, and machine performance.

• Perform routine checks, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

• Maintain equipment records and support spare-parts inventory control.

• Ensure production meets quality and customer requirements.

• Assist with process improvements and cost-reduction activities.

• Support supervisors in preventing product non-conformity.
