1. Ensure and maintain product standard quality to be satisfactory to clients' requirements.

2. Check and review shop drawings for discrepancy if any and feedback to design department for amendments.

3. Follow-up and review wall chart marking for production and distribute to QC and production personnel.

4. Collect latest drawings from design department and keep for filing.

5. Issue latest drawings to QC in-charge and production.

6. Ensuring materials are fully utilize and reduce wastage.

7. Assist in mould monitoring and availability for production.

8. Ensure and maintain house-keeping as well as a safe working condition in production yard.

9. Comply with non-conformance of the product as feedback by site coordinator if any defects and enforce production to improve the quality.

10. Prepare schedule for QC attendance during Sundays and Holidays assignment.

11. Give moral support to staff.

12. Conduct QAQC Pre-pour, Post Pour and Pre-delivery inspections.

13. Prepare, update and maintain the company’s ISO Quality Management System (QMS)

14. Ensure the effective implementation of the QMS and its compliance to ISO 9001:2015

15. Prepare documentations for SCI Precaster Accreditation Scheme, SCI PBU/PPVC Manufacturers Accreditation Scheme, RMC SS EN 206, HDB Material Listing

16. Initiate the Internal Auditing between each department

17. Act as Management Representative and assist the external auditors during their audit

18. Conduct management review and set up the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives

19. Monitor the schedule of testing of raw materials and calibration of equipment as required by clients

20. Prepare Project Quality Plans, Repair Method Statements and Work Instructions

21. Formulate concrete mix designs for different grades of concrete and conduct trial mix with the clients

22. Carry out regular inspection of the verticality of volumetric moulds and corresponding products.

23. Conduct various tests such as waterponding test, watertightness test, slump test, concrete cube test, etc

24. Monitor cube submissions to HDB PTC Laboratory for Singapore and Malaysia plants
