Job Highlights

• 12 hours Shift: 3-4-4-3 pattern
• Working hours: Day Shift (7am - 7pm) / Night Shift (7pm - 7am)

Our client is a global advanced precision engineering & manufacturing solutions provider. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspection task as designated by the supervisor
• Perform in-process inspection and report abnormality/raise NCMR if applicable
• Perform outgoing inspection/out of box audit
• Compile and maintain all quality inspection reports
• Maintain proper 5S in the assigned area daily
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice
• Issue Stop Machine Order and Stop Shipment Order when process/ product out of control.
• Buyoff the product and stamp QC accept/reject

Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘O’ level and understand simple English.
• Experience with inspection equipment is an added advantage, eg: Smartscope, CMM, Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Indicator
• Basic computer knowledge and able to use Microsoft Excel
