Responsibilities:

• Technical support to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of medical equipment.

• Researching, evaluating, and recommend upgrades and service contracts to customers.

• Resolve problems/train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased.

• Handle phone enquiry and support for customers during office and after office hours.

• Attend to daily service requests, breakdowns, and service support to marketing.

• Preventive Maintenance for medical equipment and support sales in workshops/events/seminar etc.

• Communicates with reports to HQ for more complex troubshooting.

• Study Engineering Change Notice, Implement Technical Service Recalls & communicate with HQ.

• Diploma/Degree in Electronic/Electrical with knowledge of DICOM, HL7, RIS, PACS is preferred

• Knowledge in X-ray, Digital Radiography, Dry Laser Printers, Digital Mammography systems
