We are a dessert company specialising in dessert products such as taro balls, beancurd dessert drinks and other sweet products. We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Dessert Production Coordinator to support our daily dessert preparation, production coordination, packing, inventory handling and general operational support.

我们是一家甜品公司，主要生产芋圆、豆花水及相关甜品产品。现招聘一名有责任心、愿意动手参与工作的甜品生产协调员，协助日常甜品制作、生产协调、包装、库存处理及一般运营支持工作。

The role involves assisting with dessert preparation, coordinating with the production and packing teams, supporting stock movement, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that the work area follows food hygiene and workplace safety standards.

该职位需要协助甜品准备工作，与生产及包装团队协调，支持货物搬运和库存整理，保持工作区域清洁，并确保工作区域符合食品卫生及工作场所安全标准。

The working environment may be warm due to dessert preparation and production activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and production of dessert products, including taro balls, beancurd dessert drinks and other sweet products
  协助准备和生产甜品产品，包括芋圆、豆花水及其他甜品产品
• Support daily production workflow and coordinate with production, packing and operations teams
  支持每日生产流程，并与生产、包装及运营团队协调
• Assist with packing, labelling, stock arrangement and inventory checking
  协助包装、贴标签、货物整理及库存检查
• Carry, load and move goods, ingredients or products up to 20kg when required
  根据工作需要，搬运、装卸及移动最高 20公斤 的货物、原材料或产品
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production, packing and storage areas
  保持生产区、包装区及储存区的清洁与卫生
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
  遵守食品安全、卫生及工作场所安全流程
• Monitor product preparation flow and help ensure products are prepared according to company standards
  协助跟进产品准备流程，确保产品按照公司标准制作
• Assist with receiving, storing and organising raw materials and finished products

• Work in a warm production environment when required

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management

Requirements

• Relevant experience in food production, dessert preparation, packing, warehouse operations or food manufacturing will be an advantage

• Able to perfor including standing for extended periods and carrying, loading or moving items up to 20kg when required

• Able to work in a warm and fast-paced production environment

• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays when required

• Responsible, punctual, organised and willing to learn
