Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Production Assistant to support warehouse operations by accurately packing orders, managing stock, and ensuring product quality in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Pack incoming orders accurately to meet customer specifications and delivery schedules
• Pick and pack daily orders according to requests to maintain efficient order fulfillment
• Receive, check, relabel, and pack products to ensure correct inventory handling and product presentation
• Assist in monitoring stock levels to maintain healthy inventory and prevent shortages
• Participate in stock take activities to verify inventory accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to support warehouse operations and adapt to changing tasks as needed
• Handle products containing alcohol content safely and follow all relevant handling procedures
• Maintain physical stamina to stand for long hours during packing tasks

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English to communicate effectively in the workplace
• Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and handle warehouse tasks safely
• Non-allergic to fragrances and essential oil components to safely handle product materials
