Job Description

Assist and work with day to day production administrative works and operations of the Production/Processing Department by Engineer/Manager/Supervisor
Support production operations functions with expert administrative support to the entire Production Team.
Attend to production inquiries, calls, and email
Responsible for updating and maintaining data and reviewing production records and orders.
Responsible and maintain a proper record, filing for each department documents archival
Issue of drawings to the relevant department for production
Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price
Obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items
Obtaining approval from requisitioning department
Assist to get supplier quotation
Handle customer quotation enquiries
Follow up on the on-going projects
Co-ordinates on production schedule
Data entry to ERP system, filing, photocopy and scanning
Meticulous and organized with good time management
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask a high volume of tasks
Ability to handle a very active desk supporting numerous simultaneous productions
