Job Responsibility

• Release production jobs on time to meet customer delivery deadlines and requirements.
• Monitor job progress and identify potential delays.
• Collaborate with various departments (quality, sales, store, and engineering) to ensure efficient production coordination.
• Generate non-conformance and scrap inventory records in the ERP system to maintain accurate inventory data.
• Generate reports to compare total production quantity against sales order quantity for verification.
• Update and generate reports as needed.
• Prepare buy documents for subcontracting purposes.
• File completed job documents in a systematic manner.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Material & Subcontract (Sub-out) Follow-up
• Liaise with the internal purchaser on material readiness, delivery timing, and shortage follow-up.
• Track sub-out parts progress and ensure the return schedule meets production requirements.
• Update the master scheduler on material or sub-out delays that may impact production output.
• I4.0 System Involvement Participate in I4.0 system training to understand the system functions and data flow. Collaborate with the master scheduler and machine.
• Capacity Planner to manage and control the
• I4.0 dashboard Ensure production data accuracy and timely updates in the system.
• Support continuous improvement of I4.0 system reporting and integration.

Job requirement

• Nitec or Diploma in business administration, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in production or administrative roles is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Fast learning ability with a keen eye for detail.
