• Position Title: Product Specialist
• Working Location: Bukit Merah
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Support in operating theatres during procedures involving Double Medical devices and implants.
• Prepare, sterilize, and verify the completeness of surgical instruments and implants prior to each operation.
• Provide expert technical assistance during surgeries to ensure proper device usage and optimal patient outcomes.
• Foster and sustain collaborative relationships with surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital teams.
• Conduct product presentations, hands-on workshops, and educational sessions for clinical professionals.
• Liaise with sales and logistics departments to ensure timely support and product readiness for scheduled cases.
• Gather clinical insights and relay feedback to management to for product refinement and innovation.
• Accurately document case support activities and submit detailed post-operative reports without delay.
• Adhere to all hospital protocols and company compliance standards.

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a closely related field.
• Prior experience in operating theatre (OT) environments, particularly in orthopaedic or trauma surgery, is beneficial.
• Excellent knowledge of surgical procedures and proficient in handling medical instruments.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and solve problems under pressure.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple surgical cases with efficiency and precision.
