Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform product development, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
• Analyze client behavior, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify gaps and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Marketing) to translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Develop and maintain research frameworks, personas, and journey maps
• Present findings through structured reports, dashboards, and visual storytelling
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry shifts to inform long-term product strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any related field (Business, Marketing, Psychology, Real Estate, etc)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with basic research methods and tools (e.g., Google Forms, Excel, Canva, Tableau)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
