Product Manager (Satellite Communications)

We are looking for a driven Product Manager to lead the development and growth of Satellite Communication (SatCom) products. In this role, you will define product strategy, identify market opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and competitive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and manage the product roadmap for SatCom products
• Align product direction with market needs and industry trends
• Develop competitive product offerings with clear value propositions

2. Market Analysis & Opportunities

• Identify target customers and market segments
• Conduct market research, including industry trends and competitor analysis
• Evaluate market size, growth potential, and business opportunities
• Prepare business cases and financial projections

3. Go-to-Market Strategy

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans
• Work with sales and marketing teams to drive product adoption
• Build and manage partnerships to expand market reach
• Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g. 5G, NTN, 3GPP)

4. Channel & Partnership Development

• Identify and develop channel partners such as distributors and system integrators
• Strengthen partnerships to increase product reach and adoption
• Align channel strategies with overall business goals

5. Product Development & Delivery

• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams on product development
• Support product lifecycle from concept to launch
• Evaluate technology readiness and identify areas for improvement
• Work with external partners to enhance product capabilities

6. Feasibility & Risk Assessment

• Assess technical feasibility, scalability, and resource requirements
• Identify risks related to market, competition, and regulations
• Provide recommendations to support decision-making

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in Satellite Communications or related industry
• Experience in product management and/or presales is preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel when required
