We are partnering with a global technology leader on a Product Manager (Global OEM) mandate. This is a high-visibility role responsible for shaping and executing the global product strategy and roadmap for the company’s OEM solutions.
The successful candidate will drive the growth of the OEM portfolio by leading new product launches, defining global pricing strategies, and partnering closely with regional sales teams to secure strategic OEM partnerships worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the global OEM product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate growth objectives and evolving regional market needs.
• Identify emerging market opportunities, customer pain points, and competitive gaps, translating strategic priorities into high-impact product initiatives.
• Develop and implement a global pricing strategy, establishing governance to ensure global consistency while allowing appropriate regional flexibility.
• Partner closely with global sales teams to secure strategic OEM accounts through strong product positioning and the development of tailored technical solutions.
• Lead technical and commercial negotiations while proactively identifying white space opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the company’s global OEM footprint.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in product management and business development, ideally with regional or global exposure.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy and go-to-market execution.
• Experience working with OEM products within a technology or hardware-related environment is highly advantageous. Exposure to scan engine or OEM solutions would be a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a global, cross-functional matrix organisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
