- Experience working in a System Integrator or consulting environment
- Proven experience managing or launching client-facing digital products
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery
- Excellent stakeholder and client-facing communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple clients/projects
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in government or enterprise digital transformation projects
-Familiarity with cloud-based solutions (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure)
-Knowledge of UX, service design, or design thinking
-Experience supporting pre-sales or proposal development
Job description
We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the definition, delivery, and launch of digital products and platforms within a System Integrator (SI) environment. This role focuses on translating client needs into scalable product solutions, aligning business and technical requirements, and ensuring successful product launches across client engagements.
The Product Manager will work closely with clients, delivery teams, architects, and partners to ensure solutions are valuable, feasible, and aligned with client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Client Alignment
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned to client and business objectives
- Translate client requirements into clear product strategies and solution scopes
- Advise clients on product direction, best practices, and trade-offs
- Support pre-sales and discovery activities when required Product Development & Delivery
- Own and prioritize product backlogs across projects or platforms
- Develop product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with engineering, design, and architecture teams to ensure feasible solutions
- Ensure alignment between product scope, timeline, and budget Product Launch & Go-to-Market
- Lead end-to-end product launch planning and execution for client solutions
- Coordinate launch readiness across client, operations, and support teams
- Support rollout strategies (pilot, phased, or full deployment)
- Monitor adoption and success metrics post-launch Stakeholder & Client Management
- Serve as a key interface between client stakeholders and delivery teams
- Manage expectations, priorities, and change requests
- Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly
- Facilitate decision-making and requirement clarifications Value Realization & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track success metrics tied to client outcomes
- Gather user feedback and identify enhancement opportunities
- Drive iterative improvements and roadmap evolution
