Job Description
We’re looking for a driven Product Manager who’s passionate about solving real problems and building products users love.
You’ll join a growing product team, working closely with our founder, engineers, and cross-functional teams to improve and scale our solution - enabling distributed companies to manage their IT devices across the world.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy tackling complex challenges, and are ready to take the next step into a high-ownership PM role, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of turning complex problems into simple, impactful solutions. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:
- Identify & Define Problems: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to uncover pain points, clarify business challenges, and turn them into clear, actionable problem statements.
- Own End-to-End Product Delivery: Drive the full product lifecycle - from gathering requirements and writing PRDs, to running user acceptance testing and managing feature rollouts and success metrics. You own the outcomes, not just the process.
- Lead Strategic Projects & Improve Processes: Oversee high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. Use stakeholder input and data analysis to streamline workflows, close process gaps, and deliver scalable improvements.
- Shape Our Product Roadmap: Collaborate with leadership and teams across the company to define and prioritise features. Align product decisions with strategic goals and continuously improve based on feedback and data.
- Track Impact & Adoption: Help build dashboards and reporting tools to monitor feature usage, project progress, and business impact, ensuring we stay focused on what moves the needle.
What You Bring:
- 2–5 years of experience in product management or a related role, with a strong track record of delivering impactful features in a fast-paced environment
- Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or another technical field - you’re comfortable working with technical concepts and can work closely with engineers.
- Able to turn ambiguity into clarity, structuring problems and independently driving them to execution.
- Strong documentation skills, including experience creating PRDs that align design, engineering and business stakeholders on product goals and execution plans.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking - you use data to make decisions and continuously improve.
- Experience working cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and business teams to bring ideas to life
- Comfortable in a remote, multicultural team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Thrive in fast-changing environments - you can manage shifting priorities and keep things moving.
- Bonus: Experience in IT, SaaS, MDM, or IT security, or working with integrations and APIs
Location & Ways of Working:
- We’re a remote-first team with colleagues across Asia. For this role, we prefer candidates based in Singapore, Malaysia, or Indonesia, or those with experience working closely with teams in this region.
- You’ll be collaborating across functions and time zones, so strong communication skills, cultural alignment, and comfort working in GMT+8 (or nearby) time zones are important for success.
