Job Description:

The Product Manager is an advanced-level position within the product and project management. This role involves managing the lifecycle of a product, defining product strategy, managing a portfolio of projects, and driving product development and innovation. Analytics scope focuses on AI and ML-powered products/ services.

This role spearheads the digitization efforts, moving with speed and delivering quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business research, stakeholder needs, and competitive analysis.
• Own business impact metrics, roadmap, and product budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products or enhancements.
• Conduct process research and analysis to identify business needs and opportunities for product growth.
• Lead and manage product teams to ensure that delivery is up to impact outcomes, time, cost, quality, governance, and satisfaction, as per agreed product roadmaps.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements to achieve target business impact, working closely with development teams to ensure time-to-market and optimal costs.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market trends to continuously improve products.
• Ensure appropriate change management is conducted in business processes.
• Define and lead training to ensure solution adoption.
• Responsible for software, hardware, and professional services contracts and budgets.
• Monitors the emergence of new data development technologies and methodologies and where appropriate applies it to the data analytics development process.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Computer Science and/or other relevant disciplines.
• At least 6 years of relevant working experiences in product management /data analytics.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.
• Strong practice with Agile development methodologies, DevOps, and product management tools.
• Proven record of working with analytics, and ML/AI solutions.
• Synthesize complex or diverse information; Able to source and prepare data; Design data flows and Data models; Challenge and re-validate conclusions.
• Excellent verbal communication skill to liaise with international clients.
• Regional experiences is preferred.
