Job Summary

Lead the product strategy and execution for Synaptic Delver’s flagship neurotechnology platform, driving development across hardware, software, and data systems to deliver innovative user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SynDock to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive, user-centric product experiences that meet market needs
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams (hardware and software), AI specialists, and design professionals to ensure cohesive product development
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept through deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
• Engage with partners and stakeholders across diverse sectors to identify and validate new use cases and applications, including wellness, productivity, and defence
• Apply product management expertise to navigate the full product lifecycle within a startup environment, adapting to evolving requirements and challenges
• Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving within cross-functional technical teams to overcome development obstacles and optimize product performance

Required competencies and certifications

• 2–4+ years of product management experience managing complex systems involving hardware, software, AI products, or data platforms
• Proven ability to execute product lifecycle management in startup environments
• Strong communication skills to articulate product goals and resolve challenges across teams
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills in technical and cross-functional contexts

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in deeptech domains such as AI, hardware systems, IoT, or healthtech
• Exposure to data-driven or analytics platforms to inform product decisions
• Experience building products from the ground up (0→1) or working in early-stage startups
