Job Summary

You will develop and standardize engineering and manufacturing processes, analyze test yields, perform device tester qualifications, and support manufacturing operations to enhance product quality and yield performance.

Responsibilities

• Establish standard operating procedures for product engineering and manufacturing processes on the testing floor
• Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential process failures
• Review and analyze test yield data to identify issues and implement yield improvement actions
• Determine disposition for hold lots based on yield and quality analysis
• Perform device and hardware tester qualification, correlation, and generate associated reports
• Develop and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize testing and manufacturing processes
• Resolve technical issues related to device testing to support manufacturing operations effectively
• Liaise with customers to understand and implement new production specifications during New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Coordinate device startup and transfer activities to ensure smooth production transitions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Familiarity with wafer sort test processes
• Experience with prober operations such as TSK or OPUS
• Knowledge of tester platforms including U-FLEX, J750, Verigy 93K, Magnum, or Advantest Tester
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report writing skills
• Industrial attachment experience in a relevant field
