• Oversee the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, RFQs, price negotiation, shipping, and delivery follow-up.

• Review MRP-driven material, component, and equipment needs, expedite orders, and maintain optimal inventory levels.

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, drive performance on quality, cost, and service, and handle RMA/NCT returns.

• Liaise with logistics providers for shipments, customs, and tracking, while preparing and processing purchase documentation and finance submissions.

• Generate timely purchasing reports, support cost-reduction initiatives, and implement process improvements for efficiency.
  

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field with at least 1 year of purchasing or supply chain experience, preferably in a contract manufacturing environment.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP and BOM analysis knowledge is a plus.

• Independent, proactive, and analytical professional with strong attention to detail.
