Job Summary

You will drive daily procurement operations to ensure seamless supply chain execution. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to analyze quotations, track orders, and coordinate deliveries, contributing to efficient inventory management and compliance adherence.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily procurement activities by coordinating with suppliers to obtain and analyze quotations for cost-effective purchasing decisions
• Track order progress and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods and services
• Follow up on payment inquiries with suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues promptly and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Perform accurate data entry and generate procurement reports to support decision-making and market intelligence gathering
• Support inventory management and logistics operations to optimize stock levels and distribution efficiency
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain thorough documentation control for audit readiness

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in an engineering-related field; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–2 years of practical experience in procurement or supply chain operations
• Proactive problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accountability in task execution
• Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze data and prepare reports
