Support day-to-day procurement operations for government projects, including managing GeBIZ and WorkDay platforms, and assisting with ad-hoc procurement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities 📌

• Manage purchase orders and catalogue items on GeBIZ and WorkDay
• Troubleshoot platform issues and monitor open POs
• Assist with ad-hoc procurement projects as needed

Requirements 🎓

• Degree with minimum 1 year procurement experience in a government agency
• Supply Chain/Procurement certification or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of government procurement guidelines and platforms preferred
• Strong communication, time management, organisational, and customer service skills
