Job Description & Requirements:

• Create & issue purchase orders.
• Monitoring of open purchase orders.
• Checking of vendor's Statement of Account.
• Co-ordinate with supplier to ensure that deliveries are made on time
• Co-ordinate with staff of Warehouse Department to ensure that all goods are received in right quantity as well as in good and proper condition
• Following up on delivery schedule with project / site personnel.
• Maintain proper record and filing of all purchases.
• Sourcing new suppliers / products.
• Co-ordinate with suppliers to request for quotations
• Other adhoc duties
