Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects, including new product introduction, product transfer, process and machinery modifications, and material evaluation.

• Initiate and drive yield improvement initiatives through machine automation, mechanization, and process optimization.

• Collaborate with inter-plant teams to implement improvement projects and lead Work Improvement Teams (WIT).

• Support production operations in handling excursions by applying the 4M methodology to identify root causes, implement containment actions, and define corrective and preventive measures.

• Apply engineering methods and quality tools such as Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), and statistical testing.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality.

• Design and establish new process flows, including development and installation of new machinery to achieve significant improvements in production efficiency and reliability.

• Utilize and maintain engineering drawings and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), and lead engineering evaluation activities.

• Lead the Quality Change Process Checklist (QCPC) for new product transfer activities.

• Identify and coordinate training programs with the training department to improve operational readiness of production staff.

• Lead and manage a team of process engineers and project managers to execute assigned projects.

Requirements

• Open to based in China and Laos 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Process, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and related technologies.

• Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and root cause analysis techniques.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and tools.

• Experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry is preferred.
