Job Summary

You will design and develop production processes, optimize operating parameters, and improve efficiency and product quality for fuel cell systems. Collaborate with teams and suppliers to troubleshoot, scale up production, and support exhibitions locally and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop production processes and workflows to optimize fuel cell system manufacturing
• Determine and adjust operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rate to enhance production stability
• Analyze performance data to identify and implement process improvements that increase product yield and quality
• Reduce energy consumption, operational costs, and waste through process optimization
• Monitor plant performance and troubleshoot production issues to maintain stable operations
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth plant functioning and timely resolution of problems
• Work with research centers to support scale-up production efforts and technology transfer
• Arrange, set up, and participate in exhibitions, including overseas travel, to showcase products and technologies
• Conduct fuel cell system testing to validate performance and reliability
• Manage supplier relationships for research materials to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Manage multiple tasks effectively while taking ownership of assigned projects
• Cooperate with team members to solve technical and operational challenges
• Able to speak Mandarin

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Scientific field
• Ability to manage projects effectively, including coordination with vendors and stakeholders
• Experience working with lab or industrial equipment relevant to production processes
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project for documentation and project tracking

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
