Responsibilities

>   Study and evaluate new methods and materials to improve current
process and manufacturing capability

>   Conduct DOE to determine the key process parameters and product
characteristics

>   Assist production in setting up machine operation procedures and
safety guidelines

>   Implement new process

>   Explore possibility of reducing material standard usage or cheaper
sources

>   Determine the root cause for sample rejection for process related
issue 

Requirements   
1.  Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Electronics/Mechatronics
Engineering

2.  Good trouble shooting and analytical skills

3.  Independent, creative, resourceful and able to take pressure

4.  Good communication, report writing and presentation skills

5.  Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided
