• Employee Records & Contracts Drafting and maintaining employment contracts Ensuring compliance with MOM (Ministry of Manpower, in Singapore) laws Keeping staff files, leave records, and payroll details
• Payroll & Benefits Monthly salary processing CPF (if applicable), allowances, medical insurance coverage
• Performance & Training Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback Organizing training (e.g., childcare first aid, cooking courses, driving safety)
