Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the college’s day-to-day operations and administrative functions.
• Supervise, mentor, and support faculty and staff to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee curriculum relevance and conduct regular reviews to maintain high educational quality.
• Recruit and retain high-calibre teachers for the college.
• Plan and implement orientation programmes for new teachers and students.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider community.
• Manage all aspects of student affairs, including strategic planning for recruitment and placement, scholarship administration, and student programmes.
• Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring prudent use of resources and financial sustainability.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in a relevant field is preferable.
• NIE-trained, with prior experience in a leadership position within government secondary schools or colleges.
• Strong familiarity with ‘O’ and ‘A’ Level programmes is preferred.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, and equipped with strong communication and analytical abilities.
