Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to engage in pre-sales communication, understand client needs, and provide forward-looking recommendations based on industry trends and product features.
• Design competitive and practical software solutions, including low-code application architecture, SaaS module configurations, and video conferencing integrations, supported by detailed implementation plans.
• Lead cross-departmental discussions to ensure technical feasibility and refine solution designs based on feedback.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, prepare comprehensive technical documentation, and support market promotion efforts through industry events and client presentations.
• Provide technical guidance during implementation, address project adjustments, and ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
• Communicate market trends and client feedback to R&D for continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in software solution design, with expertise in low-code PaaS, SaaS, or related fields.
• Proficiency in low-code architecture, SaaS features, and multi-tenant principles.
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to deliver customized solutions for diverse industries.
