Job responsibilities:

● Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer needs and deliver tailored product demonstrations.

● Own the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including solution design, security reviews, and integration discussions.

● Lead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and pilot implementations to showcase product capabilities.

● Serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospects, addressing questions around architecture, APIs, data security, and scalability.

● Provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams to help guide roadmap decisions.

● Create and maintain reusable sales assets such as demo environments, solution diagrams, and technical FAQs.

● Occasionally support RFP/RFI responses with technical input.

● Contribute to the development of best practices, templates, and tools to streamline the implementation and delivery process.

● Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional value or upsell.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or related technical customer-facing role, ideally in an early stage product company

● Strong understanding of on-premise and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and web applications.

● Familiarity with enterprise IT environments. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to both technical and business audiences.

● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities.

● Hands-on experience with scripting (Python, JavaScript),systems (Salesforce), or BI tools will be an advantage.
