Responsibilities

• Compute laytime calculations.
• Issue accounts receivable such as freight and rebills, and follow up.
• Raise accounts payable vouchers, arrange payment, and follow up.
• Liaise with various departments including Accounting, Chartering, Operations, Business Planning, and Group Planning.
• Handle reports for month-end closing purposes.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, preferably in Maritime studies.
• Recent degree graduates with 1 to 3 years of experience
• Knowledge of IMOS is advantageous.
• Good command of English and attention to detail.
