Position objective and summary

Manning of vessel safely and smoothly during operation, upkeep and maintenance of vessels and routine maintenance checks on engine to ensure vessel is operation ready at all time.

Main tasks / activities / responsibilities

• Responsible for the good efficient running condition and maintenance of the engines and all machineries
• To attend to breakdowns and to provide prompt accurate feedback on repairs required
• To maintain sufficient spares, tools and equipment for minor repairs
• To keep daily records of fuel consumptions
• Any other responsibilities as instructed by Management

Job requirements (education, linguistic ability, professional experience, leadership qualities, soft skills etc.)

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• MPA Class 3 Port Limit Engine Driver
• Fit and a team player.
