Job Description

We are currently hiring several PMO professionals to support large-scale banking and technology initiatives. Openings are available across different seniority levels.

The PMO will play a key role in project governance, financial tracking, stakeholder coordination, and delivery oversight to ensure projects are executed effectively, within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on level and project assignment, responsibilities may include:

Project Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain project plans, status trackers, and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Track milestones, dependencies, and critical path items.
  • Prepare structured status reports and executive updates.
  • Support governance forums, steering committees, and action tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with SDLC, stage-gate, and internal governance standards.
  • Proactively escalate risks, issues, and delivery concerns.

Financial & Procurement Support

  • Raise and track Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Perform Goods Receipt (GR) processing upon invoice approval.
  • Maintain proper documentation and auditable financial records.
  • Support budget tracking, reconciliation, and cost monitoring.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement and financial governance processes.

Delivery & Lifecycle Support

  • Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
  • Assist in requirement documentation and traceability.
  • Coordinate across business, technology, and vendor stakeholders.
  • Support SIT/UAT tracking and defect management.
  • Monitor project performance against scope, timeline, and budget.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Facilitate meetings, prepare materials, document minutes, and track action items.
  • Provide clear and concise updates to project managers and leadership.
  • Support cross-functional alignment across teams.

Key Requirements

Experience

  • 2–10+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project governance roles.
  • Experience supporting banking, financial services, or large-scale IT initiatives preferred.
  • Exposure to procurement, financial tracking, or budget control is advantageous.

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of SDLC and project governance frameworks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of SAP MM or similar procurement systems is a plus.
