Job Description & Requirements

• 1.Removes, applies and repair ceramic tile and other similar solid materials to floors, walls and ceilings
• 2.Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules
• 3.Lay bricks or blocks
• 4.Mix and apply glues, cements and grouts
• Prepare cement floors, sidewalks, stairs and curbing
• 5.Install grout for new and existing door jamb
• 6.Apply non skid surfaces, safety strips
• 7.Prep flooring surfaces for floor coverings
• 8.Preparing and mixing different types of raw materials to get the plaster ready
• 9.· Hanging pictures, paper towel holders, sharps dispensers, soap dispensers
• 10.Preparatory to painting, make repairs in plaster, sheetrock, and masonry surfaces
• 11.Repair plaster,Lay brick and block.
• 12.Removal or make arrangements for the removal of waste/debris on a daily basis and upon the completion of any works
