Lead Pipe Construction Engineer

A leading company specializing in modular pharmaceutical facilities is seeking a Pipe Construction Engineer for projects in Singapore. You'll manage all on-site piping construction, ensuring work is on schedule and meets all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee all on-site pipe construction and manage project plans.
• Compliance: Ensure work meets Singapore's codes from PUB, MOM, and SCDF.
• Logistics: Manage procurement, delivery, and storage of materials from China.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure construction meets all specifications.
• Documentation: Prepare technical documents, including MS RA and pressure test schemes.
• Collaboration: Work with other teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 7 years in pipe construction site management, with at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Strong piping knowledge, and familiarity with CAD and Navisworks. Experience with BPE sanitary piping is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Other: Willingness to travel for short periods (mainly to China).
