Responsibilities:
• Conduct indoor family portrait sessions with a professional, engaging and friendly approach
• Create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere to encourage natural expressions and interactions
• Prepare and manage all photography equipment, lighting, backdrops and props prior to each session
• Direct and pose families (including young children and pets) to achieve flattering compositions
• Adapt to different group sizes, family dynamics and age groups with patience and creativity
• Ensure optimal camera settings, lighting, and set arrangements to capture high-quality images
• Retouch, resize, and enhance photos using Photoshop or other photo editing software to ensure high-quality, consistent results
• Ensure image files are organized, backed up and delivered on time according to studio standards
• Provide excellent customer service before, during and after the shoot, including assisting with photo selection and product upselling (e.g albums, prints and frames)
• Assist with administrative tasks and provide coordination support as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in family photography
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop with strong photo editing and retouching skills
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive and professional attitude
• Must be available to work on weekends
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high standards
• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for composition and aesthetics
