Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative financial needs analysis sessions to understand clients’ financial goals and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Support the development and management of client relationships through regular engagement, market updates, and product information.

• Introduce and promote a range of banking and wealth management solutions, including investments, bancassurance, and loans.

• Assist in delivering personalized financial strategies aligned with clients’ risk profiles and objectives.

• Participate in branch initiatives, client engagement activities, and business development efforts.

• Work closely with senior Relationship Managers to learn best practices in client advisory and portfolio management.

Requirements

• Local Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

• Strong interest in financial advisory, wealth management, and client-facing roles.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to work in a target-driven environment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
