What You’ll Be Doing -

• Create customised training programs tailored to each member’s goals
• Lead 1-on-1 and small group sessions with energy, expertise, and enthusiasm
• Stay ahead with continuous learning and professional development
• Be a positive, motivational presence in the club environment
• Drive personal training sales and actively hit performance KPIs
• Build strong relationships and provide top-notch member service
• Stay updated with industry knowledge and trends

What We’re Looking For -

• Certified Personal Trainer and relevant industry experience
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge in exercise science and nutrition
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve results
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
• Able to work shifts, including weekends, and public holidays
• Passionate about fitness and helping others — no prior experience required; fresh entrants with the right attitude are welcome
