ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and well-presented Personal Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for the principal and their family. Beyond driving, the candidate will assist with general household and errands-based tasks, and take full ownership of the vehicle's upkeep, cleanliness, and administrative compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Driving& Transportation

•       Provide prompt, safe, and courteous driving for the principal, family members, and guests

•       Plan and navigate routes efficiently, accounting for traffic and schedules

•       Be on call and available for early morning, evening and weekend trips as required

•       Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times

Deliveries& Errands

•       Handle occasional personal and business deliveries to designated locations

General Assistance

•       Support household staff with ad-hoc tasks during downtime from driving duties

Vehicle Management

•       Maintain the vehicle in a clean, presentable, and road-ready condition at all times — including regular interior and exterior washing, vacuuming, and detailing

•       Conduct routine checks on fuel, oil, tyre pressure, coolant, and other fluid levels

•       Schedule and coordinate regular servicing, maintenance, and inspections with authorised workshops

•       Monitor and renew road tax, insurance, and other vehicle-related documentation in a timely manner

•       Report and arrange prompt repair of any mechanical or cosmetic issues

•       Maintain a logbook of mileage, fuel consumption, servicing records, and expenses

REQUIREMENTS

•       Valid Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving licence (minimum 3years' experience)

•       Clean driving record with no major traffic violations

•       Prior experience as a personal or chauffeur driver preferred

•       Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to carry out minor repairs

•       Good command of spoken English; ability to communicate clearly and professionally

•       Physically fit and able to perform light manual tasks

•       Trustworthy, punctual, well-groomed, and service-oriented

•       Familiarity with Singapore roads and use of navigation apps (e.g., Waze, Google Maps)

•       Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES

•       Experience working in a private household or with high-net-worth individuals

•       Proactive and resourceful — able to anticipate needs without being asked

•       Calm and composed under pressure or in time-sensitive situations

•       Discreet, professional, and respectful of privacy at all times
